Zipeey Refund & Return Guidelines

At Zipeey Private Limited, we strive to ensure a transparent experience. Our refund policy is tailored to the specific category of your purchase:

  • Electronics & Fashion (Open Box Delivery): We follow a strict Open Box Delivery policy. The delivery partner will display and verify the product in your presence. Once the product is accepted and the delivery is completed, no refunds or returns will be entertained.

  • Professional & Home Services: If a booked professional (e.g., Doctor, Plumber, or Maid) fails to arrive at your scheduled time, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

  • Food & Grocery: Refunds for food items are only applicable if the order is canceled within the permitted 2-minute window or if there is a verified logistics failure.

  • Refund Mode: All eligible refunds will be processed directly into your Zipeey Wallet. These funds can be used instantly for any future transaction on the app.

  • COD Transactions: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any eligible refund after payment will also be credited to the user's Zipeey Wallet.
